Scott Walker donor breaks campaign finance laws | Blogging Blue ...

According to a report from the Associate Press, the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign filed a complaint Wednesday with the state?s Government Accountability Board (GAB) alleging ten donors to the gubernatorial campaign of Republican Scott Walker exceeded the $10,000 limit on donations by an individual during a campaign period.

Among those individuals who are alleged to have made contributions in excess of the $10,000 limit is Ted Nickel, who was
appointed earlier this year by Gov. Walker to serve as Wisconsin?s Commissioner of Insurance. According to the complaint, Nickel gave $10,255 to Walker?s gubernatorial campaign between October 2008 and August 2010.

I guess the moral of this story is that the more you donate to Scott Walker, the better the appointment you?ll get in his administration.
