Starting Sunday, Sept. 23, you can leave the Memorial Hospital Miramar hospital healthy and pick up some groceries, too. The Farmers? Market, offered weekly here, will have more than 50 vendors offering fruits, vegetables, fresh baked breads, homemade sauces and much more.
From 9 a.m. ? 2:30 p.m. every Sunday, the hospital?s fresh market will also offer a free menu of cooking shows, health and fitness demonstrations, and even gardening workshops, along with the products being sold each week. Besides food, the vendors will offer soy candles, organic coffee, soaps and oils. There will also be a variety of gluten-free options. Click here for a map.
